Foil letter and symbol balloons are inflatable Mylar (aluminum foil) decorations that can be purchased individually or in sets to spell out words, names, or phrases for parties and events. They typically come with a straw for air-filling, and a built-in valve for self-sealing, and can be hung using tabs and provided ribbon. These balloons are usually for air-inflation only, as the smaller sizes are not designed to float with helium, and can be reused by deflating them and storing them for future use.
Easy Inflation: Simple to inflate with air. Each balloon features a convenient self-sealing valve to keep it securely inflated and looking great. These balloons mainly come in 16 inches to 18 inches
Bright, Bold Colors: Available in an array of eye-catching metallic colors such as gold, silver and rose gold, allowing you to match your theme perfectly.
The color shown in the picture may be slightly darker or lighter.
To inflate a foil balloon, follow the below directions:
1. Locate or find the Filling tab or valve, which is usually different color from the balloon color. Regular colors are silver, blue, red color, entry disc area. (see image 1).
2. Insert a straw into the valve gently without damaging the balloon.(see image 2).
3. Once properly inserted. iInflate by mouth or pump, while holding the valve area tightly until, the balloon feels firm to the touch and the creases along the seams ping back when pressed. Slow down the inflation as the balloon fills to avoid overinflating and popping. (see image 3).
4. Job Well Done! (see image 4). Balloon is self sealing. Air wouldn't come out after unpluging the straw or pump.
NOTE: a fully inflated balloon will still have creases and should have some softness. Fill up to 90% capacity, that is: The balloon should be a little bouncy.
If the foil balloon is overfilled, the foil balloon will POP!
